We have a 24 hour cancellation policy in place for all clients to abide by. We reserve specific time slots for our client’s convenience so we ask that they respect the booked times. Clients have the option to cancel or reschedule their appointment before the 24 Hour policy is in place without any disciplinary action.
Any canceled, rescheduled, late, or no-show appointment within 24 hours of the booked appointment time will result in a 20 dollar cancellation fee applied to their account and will not be able to book a future appointment until the fee is paid for.
We try our best to avoid this type of situation by sending reminder text messages/emails 48 hours prior to any appointment to give clients a chance to consider their schedules and cancel if needed before the 24 hour policy is in place.
Clients that are more than 15 minutes late will be asked to reschedule their appointment and will have the cancellation fee applied to their account.

Due to the nature of the services provided, all sales are final. We do not offer financial refunds or money-back guarantees once a service has been rendered.

Resolution Process
Once notified, we will review your request and work with you to determine the best course of action. This may include, but is not limited to, providing corrective services or touch-ups at no additional cost. The specific remedy will be determined entirely at our discretion.
We have the right to refuse service to any client. We are always sensitive to our clients’ needs and do our best to offer exceptional service for all of our consumers. We only ask that you give us common courtesy and respect as we always do for everyone we meet.
We will not tolerate the following:
* Unruly hostile behavior
* Inappropriate behavior or conversations that may be considered sexual harassment or physical/verbal assault
Failure to abide by our rules will result in clients being banned from our private establishment. Our rules are set in place to protect our employees as well as our clients.
